Connecting U is a Ukrainian-Dutch recruitment agency that aims to provide economic independence for people in difficult circumstances through skilled employment.
The primary focus of Connecting U is the placement of Ukrainian professionals with European employers (on-site or remote).
Part of Connecting U’s profit is donated to Ukraine’s defence and development.
We believe that dignified employment is one of the key factors helping displaced people to continue their lives and support their families, whether in or outside of Ukraine.
We also know that there is a wide array of businesses looking to positively impact the world around them by supporting Ukraine and it’s people, as well as by bringing encouraging change to communities in which they operate.
Mission of Connecting U is to bridge the gap between these two groups: Ukrainian professionals that are looking for new jobs abroadand European businesses that want to grow in a socially conscious way.
